Why We Released This Freely

1. Grant of Rights
You are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, modify, adapt, and distribute the Sylvester Spectrum v1 framework for any purpose—personal, educational, research, institutional, or commercial.
1.1 Permitted Uses
You may freely:
- Read, study, and reference the framework in any context
- Cite and discuss the framework in writing, teaching, presentations, research, and public discourse
